You, the Client, may not, by any circumstances, change or adjust my artwork through the use of machine learning or any derived technologies, including creating a derivative of the commissioned works.

You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

The commissioned work is for the client's personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.

An artwork commissioned for commercial use will have an extra charge that may be varied depending on the use that the client intended, which will be agreed upon before the payment.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work online and put it in my portfolio (with credit to the original character creators). *If you do not want your commission to be posted on social media, please let me know in advance.

I reserve the right to charge extra for detailed characters or props. These extra charges will be made clear and agreed upon before the first payment.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

Should the request be canceled, a full refund will be issued if little to no progress has been made (i.e. the artwork has not made it past the sketch stage). However, there will be no refund should your request proceed past the point stated above.

Payments are to be made through PayPal, Wise, or Stripe, and for a Client who has a Thai Banking account, Bank transfer or Promptpay is preferred.

If there is a specific deadline you want me to meet, please tell me when you place an order. I will let you know if I can meet the deadline or not.

After agreeing on the price, I will start working on the commissioned work after it got paid in full.

I'll send you the sketch(s) for you to check, which you can adjust until satisfied.

If it's not to your liking, you could ask me to fix it twice for free. If it was a colored work, you'll get another check and 2 more chances to fix the color.

After the provided adjustment, if you are still unsatisfied, there will be an extra 10% charge of the full price for each additional fix.

However, if it was me that made a mistake (misunderstood the commissioner's reference), I'll fix it for you without affecting the quota.
